Collection of Information
In order to use the Special Event DJs website, we may require information from you in order to
provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and
accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Special Event DJs is collected via correspondence from you or your
company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from Special Event DJs customers is required in order to provide you with our
products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Special Event DJs uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants,
providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund with *24hours of purchase. Please email us at

Booking reservations after 48hrs are considered date reserved and non-refundable. For event cancelations, change of mind purchases, reschedules or re-booking, 60 days written notice prior to the event commencement is required for 50% refund of the full event fee or free reschedule. If 60 days written notice is not given, then re-booking fee’s will apply and may result in full loss of booking fee or deposit. Any event that is less than 60 days from schedule event, is non-refundable with the full amount due regardless if the event cancels or change of mind purchases. Please note this policy is in place as to protect our DJ schedules, as our DJs and Photobooth Attendants can only do one event at a time on a particular date.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products
must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You
assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out
shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Special Event DJs will not be responsible
for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Temporary Special cancellation and/or reschedule policy of Covid-19 lock down and/or gathering restriction effected events
We understand that some events may be cancelled due to Covid-19 clusters and/or temporary region closures. In such circumstances that are applicable as deemed by our management and NSW health authorities, a complimentary reschedule and full credit of paid for event(s) will be applied for 6 months from the date of the original date booked. Please note that the same non-refundable policy applies from the original booked date, regardless of rescheduled date. Depending on the changing Covid-19 situation, further time based credit extensions may be applied. This exception does not apply to non-Covid-19 gathering restricted/lockdown effected events.
Digital Delivery – DJ service booking confirmation
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order
details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order
within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via
email within 2 working days. Once you receive your client ID from us upon booking confirmation you can log in to download planning forms and have access to your song selection list database for custom music selections for your event.
